What this job involves –

• Participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations
• Coordinate with building operations JLL management for electrical breakdowns and other repair items
• Conduct monthly checks of stock inventory and ensure all items are stocked, including but not limited to cups, napkins, condiments, paper in the printers, etc. – office supply cabinets, shipping supplies
• Handle conference room setups requested by the site occupants – provide a/v support and maintenance as needed
• Assist with handling the UPS packages, check the mailbox, and deliver items – use mail processing system to receive and process deliveries, facilitate international shipments
• Aid in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Management team

• A high school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of verifiable experience providing excellent customer service
• An associates degree in hospitality or an area of customer service is preferred
