The Graphics Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. They will oversee the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for all creative projects and will be responsible for reinforcing branding strategies and quality goals while managing and developing a team of graphics and video designers. Additionally, the GMM will lead the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and its stakeholders.

This role will be onsite 5 days a week for a 90 day training period and will transition to a hybrid work schedule once training is complete.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively plan, optimize, and execute all graphics/creative campaigns while creating strategies that increase conversion rates and ultimately increase revenuesResponsible for the independent monitoring and approval of graphics drafts used for media advertising, social media communications, trade shows and events, and other related marketing campaigns.Independently manage creative teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress and deadlines, while providing essential feedback. Write performance reviews and scale up staff.Independently drive engagement by ideating and executing graphics campaigns that align with larger marketing strategies.Proactively attend marketing-industry trade shows, webinars and continuing education.Bring new thinking into the department and raise the collective IQ within the division.Identify talent and train staffQualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Graphics, or related roles, with 2 years in a managerial position, demonstrating depth of knowledge and leadership.Leadership: Proven track record of leading successful teams and driving efficiency and effectivenessExtensive knowledge of design concepts and principle as well as extensive experience in the development of effective visualsCreativity: ability to independently evaluate, develop, launch and manage new and imaginative graphics campaignsCompensation
