Salesforce Marketing Cloud EngineerLiveWhat you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will work in Marketing Product team that operate using DevOps and SAFe agile to deliver technology services and solutions to achieve Amgen's Marketing strategies and business goals.
This position is responsible for crafting and building secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce Service/Marketing Cloud, AWS Cloud and Mulesoft, working with other Platform/Product Owners, Architects, and within the broader technology team to develop products aligned with standard methodologies.
Will be working with various teams such as program management, other product teams, business operations, customer service, sales, brand/marketing, legal, and safety, to lend clarification and support to requirements definition at all stages of the product life cycle.Responsibilities
Development of high-quality applications in small teams using city plan approved technology stacks like Salesforce Service or Marketing Cloud, AWS and Mulesoft.Management and development of CI/CD pipelinesSupport the creation of customizations and integrations required to solution deliveryCommunicate software and system designs using UML, lucid chart or other modeling tools and software.Collaborate with team members to apply abstractions and service-orientation to foster scalabilityDevelop automated unit/functional test cases.Work closely with other developers in the team including business analyst, QA analyst and project managersResearch Salesforce, AWS, Mulesoft capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide a gap analysisDocumentation of either or, user manuals, (non-)functional application requirements, business processes, work flows, project plans and planning, systems architecture, etc.WinWhat we expect of you

Bachelors degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience
OR
Associates degree and 6 years of Information Systems experienceOrHigh school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Systems experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience on Salesforce, AWS and Mulesoft.Knowledge and experience of anyone front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)Knowledge and experience on anyone back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React etc.)Knowledge and experience on anyone databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB) and UI/UX designExcellent communication and collaboration skillsThriveWhat you can expect of us

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
