In the role of Marketing Assistant, we'll count on you to:

Support development of engaging internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars)Coordinate large, internal meetings (in-person and virtual)Provide data entry support for managing our client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboardsHelp maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systemsHelp arrange for professional photography on projectsMonitor client and industry websites for solicitation statusHelp recognize and celebrate pursuit successes and milestonesHelp deconstruct and file proposal and presentation material upon submittalSupport development and publication of engaging digital content that reflects HDR's brand and elevates our thought leadershipSupport implementation of social media campaignsSupport implementation of strategies to elevate HDR's brand and technical talent with industry associationsSupport management of workload demands of proposal managers and marketing coordinatorsPreferred Qualification

Associate's degree or equivalent experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignAbility to provide an artistic portfolioAbility and desire to travel and engage with others in-person#LI-MV3

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
