In the role of Marketing Assistant, we'll count on you to:

Support management of workload demands of proposal managers and marketing coordinatorsHelp prepare documentation to support proposal development (including quality management forms, resumes, projects, etc.)Support coordination efforts associated with conference attendance (including booth and swag coordination, conference logistics, speaker abstract submittals, etc.)Support development of engaging internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars)Provide data entry support for managing our client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboardsHelp maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systemsMonitor client and industry websites for solicitation statusHelp deconstruct and file proposal and presentation material upon submittalSupport development and publication of engaging digital content that reflects HDR's brand and elevates our thought leadershipSupport implementation of social media campaignsPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignAbility and desire to travel and engage with others in-person#LI-LA1

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skillsFlexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, well-organized and detail-orientedAbility to handle confidential informationProficiency with MS Office including Word and OutlookAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
