As a Field Marketing Manager you will drive initiatives in the US by supporting the Sales and Global Marketing Team across a diverse range of activities. Based out of our Chicago office, you will be part of the Global Events & Campaigns Team, focusing on achieving regional lead generation and pipeline goals, increasing brand awareness, executing go-to-market campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with top industry experts in the dynamic SaaS sector, collaborating closely with North American sales leaders and global cross-functional teams to drive MARKT-PILOT's growth in the region.
What we expect you to own and run with:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute regional marketing plans.Understand North American buyer personas and industries to develop impactful marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive new pipeline.Implement integrated marketing programs, including events, brand, vertical, and account-based campaigns, tailored for regional sales objectives.Utilize media platforms, content syndication providers, and associations to promote campaigns and explore collaborative opportunities.Partner with the Global Marketing Team to align regional plans with local strategies and maintain consistent messaging for MARKT-PILOT.Represent the North American region in central marketing functions, including content creation and setting regional priorities.Analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and innovate through experimental initiatives.Which boxes you need to check:
3+ years of B2B field marketing experience accelerating sales pipelines.Deep understanding of North American regions, industry dynamics, and marketing strategies for manufacturing and tech decision-makers.Collaborative experience with direct sales and partnership teams to optimize pipeline coverage and alignment.Strong analytical skills in campaign measurement and data interpretation.Proficiency with sales and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.Excellent written communication and presentation abilities.Experience in B2B SaaS and/or machine manufacturing industries a big plus.What we offer:
