Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Writer to join our team! The service writer is the liaison between customers and our technicians. They handle all communications with the customer, from vehicle intake through delivery back to the customer, and all follow up. This is a customer service position first - technical background is not really required - though some basic knowledge of powersports makes and model is helpful.
Salary:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issuesIncrease customer satisfaction by building customer relationsMaintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relationsMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequentlyOversee technicians working on customers' vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion timesOversee and participate in quality controlParticipate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriateQualifications
High school diploma or equivalentValid CO driver's license & clean driving record2 years customer service experience preferredAbility to read, write and speak English fluentlyAbility to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptionsMultitasking skillsProficient use of computers/business machines
