In this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone, social media, andemail to connect with and assist clients in navigating their vacation planning. Please know thatthis is a business opportunity in which you will work closely with some of the leading suppliers inthe industry for cruises, resort stays, and events.
Responsibilities
● Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in theindustry● Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinationsaround the globe● Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail● Utilize time management skills in order to research, plan, and book vacation packagesfor clients● - Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressinginquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience.● We offer mentorship and guidance to help you succeed in your role and createoutstanding events for our clients.● This is a remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of yourown home or any location with an internet connection.
