What you'll do

As DV continues to grow rapidly in size and complexity, DV is looking to expand and strengthen the in-house events team with the addition of an experienced Events Coordinator. This person will assist in DV's marketing and sales efforts by creating experiences that leave our customers feeling supported, educated and excited to engage with DV. This person will work closely with the Global Events Manager and the wider marketing team across the globe. This role will report directly into the Director, Experiential Events and Marketing

A successful person in this role will accomplish the following:Fully own and deliver on all aspects of events from start to completion, including but not limited to: ideation, vendor management, budgets, registration, invitations, creative assets and deliverables, promotions, on-site execution, invoicing and post-event analysisMarshall project timelines for events - ensuring all trackers and calendars are up-to-date and deliverables are successfully metCoordinate with senior-level executives to plan agendas and facilitate any required meetings, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, Creative, Finance, Legal, as well as external service providersOversee and organize all logistics, deliveries and payments with our vendors and suppliersManage marketing event expenses for owned + operated eventsConceptualize creative ways to activate at eventsProactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures and recommend solutionsGain experience supporting a global events team with execution in global regions including JAPAC, EMEA, LATAM and moreManage time effectively and utilize organizational skills to maintain workflows and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel and flexibility with hours during in-person eventsWho You Are:

1+ years of experience in B2B events in a full-time roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent from an accredited institutionExperience with event and project management software - experience with Splash and Monday is an advantageProficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Google WorkspaceStrong understanding of event management essentialOrganized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence and a positive "can-do" approachSelf-starter who can demonstrate creative and critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with a teamProven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines and to ensure project goals are achieved on timePassion for emerging technology and/or digital advertising a plusEagerness to learn about the Ad Tech industry and gain experience from a broader marketing organizationKnowledge of project management a plus

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $43,000 - $81,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
