Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting all marketing and promotional activities by developing and implementing effective marketing and advertising campaigns with the goal of building brand awareness, increasing sales of club membership, programs, and services and ensure clear communications regarding a variety of matters. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator supports all internal communication initiatives and events.
Job Responsibilities
Club & Program Marketing:
Assists with the daily operation of the marketing department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsible for driving sales of club membership and programs and services through effective marketing.Coordinates with club managers for program marketing needs.Produces graphic art and materials for events, promotions, advertisements and collateral for club programs and services.Maintains in-club marketing and updates materials on a regular basis to ensure all internal club marketing is up-to-date.Performs website updates for programs, schedules, and latest news, and other updates as needed.Creates and schedules regular e-blasts to club members.
Creates and maintains monthly club calendars.
Reports program KPI's to Marketing Director, as applicable.
Social Media/Video/Photo:
Films, and edits photo and video marketing content for the club and social media
Coordinates club social media content calendar and creates engaging content for all of the club's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc.) for The Arena Club and brands under The Arena Club umbrella (The Pickle Factory, 20/30, etc.)
Assist with producing regular and relevant blog content that the membership can use as tools in developing leads.
Club Events:
Attends all major club events, open houses, and fundraisers.
Responsible for coordinating and preparing sales team for trade show and promotional events, and setting up trade shows as needed.
Assist in planning club special events/charity events
Other:
Performs two Manager on Duty shifts per month.
Other duties as assigned or directed
Skills:
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Hubspot, and Canva
Strong print and digital media design skills and targeting to drive growth.
Strong writing and grammar skills.
Creative and innovative.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
A plus:
Experience managing social media avenues including Meta Ads Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTubeFamiliarity with Adobe Premier Pro or other video editing softwarePhotography/videography experience
