As the Web Developer, the individual will be responsible for using their knowledge of programming languages to code websites and web applications. In this role, the Developer will also have some database Administrator duties where they will build, support, administer, and sustain a clustered-server database platform hosted in an enterprise IT environment. In addition, the Developer will provide technical support for incident response, service degradations, outages, and other service interruptions.

Responsibilities
Communicates with customers and team members to determine their needs and design preferences, creating code for the front and back-end of a website, and running tests to ensure that they used the correct code stringsBuilds and optimizes secure webpages for evolving business, organizational and educational needsProvides continued support for multiple web propertiesMaintains communication with team members and customers concerning the direction of the websiteCodes and scripts applicationsPerforms routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.Works proactively as part of the Creative Team to determine user needs and suggest innovative solutionsRecommends and implements new approaches that enhance the user experience, highlighting CCoE's mission and encouraging engagement with the stakeholdersOptimizes user experience and site content for ranking in search engines including HTML, site structure, page layout, and navigationInterfaces with external customers and vendors regarding website needs; work to develop new features based on client needsPerforms other related duties as assignedArchitects, designs, engineers, and documents database servers and associated infrastructure in clustered, stand-alone, and/or appliance-hosted configurations, which fulfill mission requirements, service specifications, and cyber security mandatesBuilds, configures, and sustains database server clustersPerforms daily operations, onsite support, and on-call support for all aspects of web development and database architecture, platforms, and database management softwareWorks with original equipment manufacturers and/or third-party vendors to resolve performance degradations and outagesPlans, executes, and documents web server specification changesPerforms other tasks as required by OSC and the Government contracting officeRequired Qualifications/Education and Experience
Must have a high school diploma or equivalentMust have and maintain Top-Secret Security clearance with SCI eligibilityMust have IAT Level II certificationOracle/SQL Server certification or MCSA Certification or higherDemonstrated proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Click Dimensions, and CRM DynamicsMust have a minimum of 5 years web development experienceMust have a minimum of five (5) or more years of experience with designing, building, and managing databasesIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Photoshop or other platforms used to create basic graphic contentDemonstrated knowledge of digital marketing and design, user experience, and web accessibility best practicesProven proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorDeep Understanding of Cloud Web Application DevelopmentUse and creation of CI/CD pipelines in AzureDatabase Admin and Development store procedure creation, views, and optimizationQuery Development via T-SQLDatabase backup and transfer within Azure (AZCOPY, Data Bricks, etc.)Experience with web security best practices, STIGS, VDP remediationKnowledge of Access Control and Identity Management (EAMS-A, O-Auth, ADAL, ADFS)Data ETL & Report creationExperience with REST APIAbility to translate customer requirements into website structurePossession of excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience building and maintaining Content Management PlatformsFamiliarity with using front-end scripting languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to customize solution front-end is a plus
