Manpower is hiring for a Graphics Technician to work for a global supply chain leader of innovative premium packaging, promotional vehicles and comprehensive label solutions.What’s in it for you:+ **Schedule:** 8am – 430 pm+ **Workdays:** Mon - Fri+ **Hourly** **rate** : $32.00 - $35.00 DOE+ **Temp to Hire**+ **Upland, CA**What you will be doing:+ Creating, controlling, and managing artwork files on PC and Mac using customer ideas, requirements, and instructions+ Creating font-end print files for a digital HP press.+ Producing consistent high-quality work.+ Working in an efficient and orderly manner.+ Managing email accounts+ Ordering supplies, as needed+ Labeling and literature finishing, packing and shipping+ Running all printers in department Scanning Art Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs, equipment upgrades or business requirements Interpretation of customer specifications & drawings+ Other duties, as directed.Requirements:+ Must have 3+ years of continuous experience in label and literature printing fields.+ High School Diploma or GED with 5 – 7 years of relevant experience+ Must have Flexo and Offset experience+ Skilled in MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)+ Must have knowledge in the following software:+ Adobe Photoshop CS 4 (school)+ Adobe Acrobat Pro+ Adobe InDesign CS 4+ UPC Software+ ESKO Software PC Package 7.4 (supplier training)+ ESKO Software PC Plato 7.4 (supplier training)+ ESKO Software PC BackStage Pilot Suitcase Font Management+ English proficient (speak, write and read)+ Understanding of cGMP in the Healthcare segment Safety conscious+ Good mechanical aptitude and skills+ Ability to strive in a fast paced, changing environment+ Excellent color perception.+ Must pass Titmus color perception test.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
