Together, we’ll continue to create and deliver content that reflects the current and ever-changing face of the world.The media coordinator assists in the implementation of targeted promotional communications across multiple media platforms such as Linear, TVE/VOD/.COM and live streaming. The specialist serves as the primary liaison between Multiplatform Media Planning and producers/editors/QC in Creative Services, operators in Dry Creek, coordinators in Sales Ops and online scheduling for O&O (own & operated) as well as partners.Responsibilities:+ Production Orders and material traffic coordination+ Create, fulfill, and distribute all requested production orders with producers and other key stakeholders for Telemundo and/or Universo brands.+ Maintain asset library in scheduling system, not limited to but includes, assigning house numbers to all promotional elements and assigning alternate promos to primary event adhering to Telemundo and/or Universo promo strategy.+ Collaborate with Affiliate Marketing to prioritize and strategically distribute all promotional assets to affiliates and O & O’s daily.+ Execute secondary elements promotional strategy as set forth by management in scheduling system (snipes, bugs, End Credit squeeze backs).+ Upload and schedule .COM and Live Streaming media strategy on online scheduling systems.+ Crosstrain on all coordination functions on both Telemundo and Universo brand to serve as backup when necessary.Basic Qualifications:+ Knowledge of linear traffic systems: Sintec On-Air+ 2-3 years of experience in Media Planning or Operations+ Bachelor’s Degree, preferably concentrating in marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields.Eligibility Requirements:+ Interested candidate must submit a resume/CV through www.nbcunicareers.com to be considered+ Willingness to work overtime and weekends and as directed by manager+ Must be willing to work in Miami, Fl+ Must be willing to submit to a background check+ Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States+ Must be fluent in Spanish (speak, read & write)+ Must be willing to take On-call weekendsDesired Characteristics:+ Team player+ Attention to detail+ Operational Nimbleness+ Passion for the Entertainment Industry+ Foster an environment of customer service and professionalism+ Proactive and resourceful individual+ Analytical skills: understanding of audience performance metrics, capacity to identify issues and their underlying roots, prioritize issues, and develop recommendations.NBCUniversal's policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all applicantsand employees without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender identityor expression, age, national origin or ancestry, citizenship, disability, sexualorientation, marital status, pregnancy, veteran status, membership in the uniformedservices, genetic information, or any other basis protected by applicable law.If you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, you have theright to request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in yourability to use or access nbcunicareers.com as a result of your disability.
