Content AssociateSummary:

Client is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Associate to join their marketing team. This role is essential for the creation and management of both external and internal content across various platforms, including email and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, compliance management, and performance monitoring, with a focus on thought leadership and deal activity in the private debt market.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Email Marketing:Create and manage external and internal email communications, including eNewsletters, thought leadership pieces, deal activity updates, and internal content repository.Set up UTM tracking and monitor performance metrics.LinkedIn Management:Develop and schedule LinkedIn posts covering thought leadership, deal activity, events, speaking engagements, recruiting efforts, and internal spotlights.Monitor analytics to assess the performance of LinkedIn content.Compliance Management:Oversee the compliance approval process from content creation to distribution.Track marketing approvals for portfolio companies, including tombstones, case studies, and website content.PGIM Advocacy:Manage participation in the PGIM Social Media Ambassador Program.Case Studies:Draft case studies for recently closed deals based on questionnaires, with reviews by the Marketing Manager.Distribute case studies through web, email, and LinkedIn.Content Development:Ideate and execute thought leadership pieces (both written and video) focusing on private debt capabilities and market developments.Create project briefs for new content initiatives.

Must-Haves:Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience with email marketing and LinkedIn content management.Technical Skills:Proficiency in UTM tracking setup and performance monitoring.Familiarity with compliance management processes for marketing materials.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:Experience in creating thought leadership content related to private debt or financial markets.Familiarity with the PGIM Social Media Ambassador Program.Experience in drafting and distributing case studies.Proficiency in creating video content.Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
