Job Summary:
Working closely with and reporting to the Director, the Director of Sales and Marketing for the University Press of Kentucky is responsible for planning promotional, branding, and sales activities for approximately 65 new books each year. This position manages an in-house staff of two to three and up to five student workers each semester. The Director of Sales and Marketing is in close communication with other department heads and participates in team-based problem-solving.

BA and 7 years of experience in book publishing, with increasing levels of responsibility
