As a critical part of the Sales & Marketing team, our company is looking to hire a full-time Marketing Manager who will be working closely with our sales, marketing, and R&D teams to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for our brands while serving our current and future clients.**Who are we looking for?**We are looking for someone that can be described as:+ Self-starter+ Innovative+ Creative+ Curious+ Solution-seeking+ Knowledgeable in sales & marketing+ Strong written and verbal communicator+ Collaborative team member**Core Responsibilities**+ Identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth.+ Drive the creation of marketing content, such as website content, demo videos, and case studies.+ Collaborate with the executive team to build outbound sales processes.+ Identify and analyze marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.+ Coach internal team members and partners on a unified marketing strategy.+ Leverage relevant digital marketing tools.+ Contribute to sales efforts by interacting with potential clients providing demonstrations, quoting solutions, etc.+ Understand and build the company product offerings and brands.+ Represent the company at industry trade shows.+ Update social media accounts as requested.**Education/Experience:**_Required:_+ 4-year degree in business, marketing, communication, engineering, or related field equivalent experience+ Interest in lifelong learning+ Sales and/or marketing experience+ Ability to work effectively within a team and independently+ Effective written and verbal communication skills+ Experience using computers for a variety of tasks_Preferred:_+ Successful outbound sales experience+ Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills+ Competency in Microsoft/Google applications including Word, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint+ Relevant digital marketing experience**Travel:** Minimal up to 10%**Location:** Farley/Dubuque, IA.
