As an established yet continuously expanding firm, our strength lies in our ability to listen to the market and develop solutions for their changing needs.Communications Service Associates lead our team in engagement, discovery, and solutions by engaging with community members and employing their problem-solving skills to provide the most knowledgeable customer service.Responsibilities of the Communications Service Associate role:Initiate service education, customer acquisition, and sales process through direct contact with local community membersPrepare for consumer interactions through entry-level training and independent research on the network-managed services and capabilities in our local regionClarify current needs and wants with customers and determine their telecommunication solutions based on client offerings and capacitiesBuild and utilize relationships with client representatives to outsource customer inquiries that may need additional service informationConnect with management and other Customer Service team members to review client expectations, sales metrics, customer service results, and production goalsQualities of an Ideal Candidate:Genuinely interested in problem-solving, creative thinking, and helping/servicing othersFeels comfortable asking questions to management or more senior members of the Customer Service or Sales teams during training and hands-on workHas primary knowledge of customer service, sales, communications, marketing, or businessCan achieve both individual and collaborative goals through time management, discipline, and organizationExhibits professional and personal communication skills, whether it is within the office or speaking with customersWe are looking to welcome someone who seeks progress and will join our team to become a hands-on part of client development and market growth!#LI-Onsite
