Responsibilities to include:
Full admin ownership of our content operations tool, including workflow configurations, stakeholder enablement & adoption, user questions & support, user maintenance, audits & data cleaning, taxonomy alignment & documentation and platform governanceMonthly reporting of KPI's related to platform healthPartnering with internal and external partners to execute integrationsRunning 3x/week cross-team standup including agenda, communications and follow upsPartner with vendor to rollout product updates and enhancements to users and document new requestsAssist on project to automate publishing processes
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in a marketing technology or operations roleExperience administering a SaaS tool, ideally a CMS or CMP, and keen aptitude for picking up new technologyStrong communications, project, time and task management skillsExtraordinary attention to detail and organization skillsExperience with Google Suite and SlackExperience with Excel and basic skills in data cleaning, filtering and using formulas
Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
