As the Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Design, create, produce, maintain and report on all print, radio, outdoor, mobile and Internet advertising- including, but not limited to:Brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, classified ads, display ads, billboards, signs, flags, Internet listings, photography, virtual tours and radio commercialsDesign, update and maintain Web siteOrganize all direct mailingsRealtor advertisingCreate and maintain all source codes for advertisingMonitor all traffic and source code reportingCreate, order and maintain inventory of various forms and promotional itemsSchedule and set up all Grand Opening or Open House functionsResearch and set up all new marketing venturesMaintain monthly budgetMarket and demographic researchComparison shopping and reportingCustomer surveys and reportingRealtor surveys and reportingQuarterly Client E-NewsletterQuarterly Employee NewsletterPeriodic market research and recommendationsInternal marketing and communicationEXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

Must understand marketing, advertising and public relations principles and actions. Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbalBachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, advertising or related field. High School diploma and equivalent professional experience with success.Strong attention to detailStrong organizational skills and time management skillsAbility to establish and maintain strong relationshipsProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAbility to analyze data and report on market trends.Desktop publishing with some graphic design skills.Must be willing and able to travel.WORK ENVIRONMENT:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Vision abilities required by the job are close vision. The employee is often required to sit and use their

hands and fingers to handle, feel, and operate office equipment such as a computer, copier, and office supplies.

In addition, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with their arms and hands, and to stoop, kneel or crouch. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time in office and in a car.
