Role: Digital Strategist - Advertising & Marketing Technology

Target Level: Senior Principal or Director

You will enjoy this role if you are passionate about helping clients plan, build and sustain engaging digital experiences leveraging the latest digital strategies. You will advise and guide business stakeholders to define the future of their digital marketing capabilities - bridging the gap between the business and technology to transform the organization and build engaging and highly personalized experiences for customers.

Experience with sales activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals, statements of work, and revenue targets of $1M-2.5M+Deep subject matter expertise in digital transformation and topics relating to digital strategy and marketingProficiency in developing roadmaps for marketing technology ecosystems needed to better serve customers (e.g., marketing automation platform, CDP)Experience collaborating with clients to identify barriers for execution of their vision and advise on ways to obtain alignment and actionAbility to lead and facilitate workshops - discovery, brainstorming, review, and final read-outExperience working with cross-functional teams, having developed ideas to bring together brand goals and tailor objectives and consumer needs

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In California, the base salary pay range for Director is $161,000 to $307,000 and the targeted base salary range is $215,000 to $240,000. The base pay salary range for a Senior Principal in California is $140,000 to $258,000 and the targeted base salary is $180,000 to $215,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
