JOB SUMMARY

As the Vice President of Marketing for ONE/SIZE you will be the driving force behind our brand's identity, image, and narrative in the market. Leading a team of passionate marketers and creatives, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand strategies that communicate our brand story, drive consumer engagement, and grow our business with new customers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's story, ensuring that it resonates authentically with our target audience across all touchpoints. Leveraging your deep understanding of the beauty industry, retail landscape, and consumer behavior, you will guide the development of compelling campaigns, product launches, and experiential initiatives that captivate consumers and differentiate us in the market. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving business growth, expanding market share, and solidifying our position as a leader in the beauty industry. RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire a 5-person team of brand marketers and creatives, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to drive excellence in execution.Brand Storytelling:

Define and articulate our brand's unique value proposition, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and consumer touchpoints.Product Marketing:

Collaborate closely with Product Development teams to ensure alignment between brand messaging and product offerings, and lead product marketing initiatives that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our beauty products to consumers.Marketing Operations:

Drive the development of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness and affinity.Brand Creative:

Oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets, including advertising, digital content, packaging, and point-of-sale materials, that effectively communicate our brand story and value proposition.Market Research:

Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.Budget Management:

Manage and optimize the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and drive sustainable business growth.Marketing ROI:

Develop robust financial plans and performance metrics to track spending effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to achieve marketing objectives within budgetary constraints.Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to amplify brand visibility and reach.Marketing Analytics:

Measure and analyze the performance of brand marketing initiatives, leveraging data and insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.Cross Functional Leadership:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Integrated Marketing, Product Development, Ecommerce, and Retail Sales, to ensure cohesive brand execution and alignment of brand messaging.Personal Leadership:

Champion a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the brand marketing team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Marketing Trends:

Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in brand marketing, and apply learnings to drive ongoing evolution and improvement.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with a focus on the beauty industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies that drive business results.Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends in the beauty sector.Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.If you're ready to make a significant impact and shape the future of our brand, we invite you to join our team as the Vice President of Brand Marketing and lead us to new heights of success in the beauty industry.
