About the Role:

As the

Partner Marketing Manager

at Spreedly, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's partner ecosystem and go-to-market strategies. A member of Spreedly's Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Partner Marketing Manager is a dynamic role facilitating compelling in-person and online partner activities worldwide.

This role is open to candidates who currently reside within a commutable distance of our headquarter office in Durham, North Carolina, with the expectation of one to two days a week to be spent in the office.

Responsibilities:

Assist in supporting strong relationships and go-to-market activities with Spreedly's technology partners, resellers, and strategic alliancesCollaborate with Spreedly's Partnerships team and our partner's marketing managers to execute joint marketing activities, campaigns, and events aligned with global strategiesFacilitate day-to-day communication and coordination with partners across various regionsContribute to the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with partner tiersAssist in creating marketing collateral, content, and assets tailored for partner enablement and co-branding initiativesSupport the organization and logistics of partner-focused events, webinars, and trade showsMonitor and report on the performance of partner marketing activities, tracking key metrics and return on investmentGather insights from campaign data to inform future strategy and prioritizationMaintain accurate records of partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue contributions in Salesforce or relevant marketing technologyAssist in administering and coordinating the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program for eligible partnersSupport the preparation of marketing plans, budgets, and other documentation related to partner marketing initiativesContribute to the overall organization and efficiency of the partner marketing teamRequirements:

2-5 years of experience in partnership marketing, sales operations, or field marketing, preferably with exposure to partner or channel marketingStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partnersFamiliarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analysisExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesProficiency in creating marketing content and collateralAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldAs this role will primarily collaborate with colleagues and partners based out of the US and the UK, fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is requiredWe Offer Our US-based Employees:
