You will also be leading a team of Marketing Campaign Strategists and providing strategic oversight for Blue Cross NC's marketing efforts to ensure that our sales and membership goals are being met.To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in developing marketing strategies that drives sales and retention, be detail-oriented while still being able to see the big picture, and successfully meet due dates while managing multiple priorities in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment.**What You'll Be Doing*** Develops and manages multi-year Acquisition & Retention marketing strategy and roadmap to deliver a cohesive, impactful and exceptional experience across all acquisition and retention efforts, using inputs from clients and stakeholders.* Partners closely with business owners, strategic marketing advisors and other foundational planners to ensure strategic and thoughtful alignment across all journey phases and audiences, balancing business goals and needs with audience goals and needs.* Collaborates with Marketing Operations to determine resourcing plan to deliver on initiatives mapped out in the Acquisition & Retention marketing roadmap.* Maintains strategic oversight into campaign marketing plans and creative execution to ensure alignment with broader Acquisition & Retention marketing strategy and roadmap.* Leads broader reporting and insights across Acquisition & Retention marketing efforts beyond individual marketing campaigns.* Manages and coaches a team of marketing campaign strategists who are responsible for the creation of marketing campaign strategies and plans in support of acquisition and retention goals.******Hiring Requirements*** Bachelors degree and 7 years experience in marketing, communications, sales or project management.* Demonstrated strong leadership skills.* Proven experience with Acquisition & Retention marketing, ideally within the health care industry.****It's an exciting time to work at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina.
