The Service Marketing Leader, Americas role, reporting to the Global Marketing Director, Service, involves being a key member of the Global Service Growth & Marketing team. This role focuses on identifying and capitalizing on service business growth opportunities across all BUs and Functions in the Americas market. Responsibilities include developing a Service portfolio comprising Service Contracts, Value-added Services, and OEM Solutions to drive revenue growth. The role emphasizes enhancing business performance through a deep understanding of Smith+Nephew's commercial and operational environment, financial analysis, market intelligence, and customer insights. Key priorities include creating content for customer and channel consumption, developing training materials, systematically organizing and communicating service/market analytics to identify growth opportunities, lead generation, and digital/online marketing.

What will you be doing?Collaboration - establish a broad set of relationships across Smith & Nephew and with the NA sales and marketing teams in particular, to support the new organizationService Portfolio - collaborate with stakeholders across franchises at to build a portfolio of Service offeringsCreate new tiered service offerings at different price points and build a value proposition for the same.Track Contract capture rates for Service across key business units and put strategies in place to increase these ratesIdentify new value-added service offerings like OEM solution, EMR/PACS integration service etc. to add to the service portfolio to drive revenue growthAnalyze service pricing across various segments and drive necessary action to correct these where required.Support the development of sales and marketing plans for the Americas Service businessDevelopment of customer insights and industry benchmarking to ensure competitive service offeringBusiness planning & forecasting - collaborate with Finance and other counterparts to deliver commercially focused plans and set appropriate performance targets, backed up with action plansWhat will you need to be successful?

Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred8-12-years of work experience in Medical Devices or Technology industry in Sales, Marketing or Operations roles, experience in Service strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to use data for effective decision makingExperience in using SAP, Salesforce.com and/or other ERP/CRM platforms preferredStrong communication and consensus-building skillsProven ability to drive change and establish new processes & proceduresExperience in digital marketing is highly desiredTravel Requirements: Up to 20%You Unlimited.
