Ensure quality, schedule and budget requirements are met.EducationBachelors degree or equivalent experienceExperience5-10 years of progressive experience with the management of enterprise communications systems including PBX systems, telephony and mobile device platformsSkillsAdvanced knowledge of enterprise communications systemsSkill in oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlinesAbility to identify risks and mitigate themCritical decision making skills in complex environmentQuality and customer service focusedLicensures, CertificationsCertification of Siemens moves, adds and changes class and 9751 switch maintenance9005 Certification, 9006,Agile, Xpressions and Spectra linkPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupports all telecommunications equipment and services.Performs and manages the daily administration of all telecommunications and communications platforms as well as all other duties as assignedAssists in the ongoing design and implementation of existing and new communications systems including but not limited to: enterprise voice mail, call center, reporting and end user hardware platformsResolves complex telecommunications issues/problems and serves as a point of escalation in accordance with existing departmental policiesSystem optimization including: improved or new communications system utilization, analysis of metrics to assist business problem resolution and through the management of application or device user groupsManages complex communications projects from the planning and installation through productionEnd user training for all relevant telecom applications and hardware including the documentation of these system at both the administrative and end user levelTroubleshoots and resolves all technical issues with the associated communications system in a timely and appropriate manner and according to department SLA criteriaDevelops and uses test plans for changes to telecom applications that includes result analysis, problem correction, retest, and documentationCoordinate with communications vendors and provides support for all communication systems billing needsSupports organizational cybersecurity initiatives and ongoing security duties related to mobile devices including but not limited to smart phones, tablets and IoT hardware supported within the organizationAll roles must demonstrate GBMC Values:RespectI will treat everyone with courtesy.
