This role is based

remotely

but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Warren, MI , you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Head of Performance Marketing

for our brand teams (Cadillac, GMC, and Buick). This individual will leverage paid media, SEO, CRM, website optimization, data, and analytics to deliver high-quality leads to our dealers. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in performance marketing, demonstrate a relentless desire to win, and continuously seek out new performance opportunities. Through strategic leadership and partnership with the GM Centers of Excellence (COE), this role will help build a data-driven organization that works in real time to optimize all marketing investments and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive lead generation and brand growth.

Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Identify and capitalize on new performance marketing opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Paid Media Management:

Oversee all performance-related paid media efforts, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising.

Optimize media spend and maximize ROI through continuous monitoring and adjustment of campaigns.

SEO and Website Optimization:

Implement and refine SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Enhance website performance through A/B testing, user experience improvements, and conversion rate optimization.

CRM and Customer Engagement:

Develop and manage CRM strategies to nurture leads and improve customer retention.

Utilize customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns and personalized experiences.

Data and Analytics:

Work Cross-functionally to optimize robust analytics framework and tools to track, measure, and report on marketing performance.

Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing investments in real time.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, brand marketing, COE’s, analytics, and product to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Communicate performance marketing results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Additional Job Description

EXPERIENCE

· Bachelors degree

· 10+ years of marketing experience with experience in media, online display advertising, website management, online video advertising/pre-roll ads, social media, retargeting, behavioral/contextual targeting, PPC, SEM, SEO, etc.

· Proven track record developing performance marketing capabilities within large, highly matrixed organization

· People Leader experience managing a mix of direct reports, matrixed reports

· Experience in setting up performance marketing processes and team preferred

· Transformational mindset, and ability to translate complex performance marketing workstreams into executive-level summaries

· Experience working within franchise tiered marketing systems preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

The expected base compensation for this role is: ($165,100-252,900). Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
