Radiant Health Services is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Greenbelt, MD. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with our community. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing within the healthcare sector and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of seniors.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote agency's home care services.Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor online presence to ensure consistent brand messaging.Plan and coordinate community outreach events, health fairs, and informational sessions to increase awareness and build relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community groups.Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, newsletters, and press releases.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts through metrics and adjust strategies as needed.Collaborate with the management team to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.Oversee the creation and maintenance of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines (SEO).Manage advertising campaigns, including online ads, print media, and local sponsorships.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a performance based role, preferably in healthcare or related fields.Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.Proficiency in digital marketing software and social media platforms.Ability to pass a background check.
