About this Role:As a Senior Analyst on the Kinetic in-house paid search team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive performance and achieve business goals. You will work closely with the paid search lead, other internal teams, and external partners to develop and implement effective paid search strategies. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, monitoring campaign performance, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of paid search best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.What You'll Do:

Develop and execute paid search campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine marketing (SEM) platforms. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for campaign optimization and expansion. Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve objectives. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to internal teams, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend new strategies and tactics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams, and experimentation etc. to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights and performance metrics to achieve business goals. Participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates on campaign performance, recommendations, and insights. Stay informed about industry changes, search engine updates, and new technologies, and provide thought leadership on emerging trends and opportunities. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Do You Have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment. Deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) principles, best practices, and industry trends. Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proven track record of achieving performance goals and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus. Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as display advertising, social media advertising, or programmatic advertising, is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
