Children's book authors are seeking to hire a part-time, remote marketing assistant to help promote a pair of new picture books published by a major publisher. This is a make-your-own-hours position that could be a good match for an at-home parent or someone else with a bit of extra time who is looking to earn some money on the side.
The children's books teach young children about their bodies, including private parts and related developmentally-appropriate topics.
Tasks may include social media promotion, online researching, outreach to podcasts, conferences, and more.
The ideal candidate would:
have personal experience on the "parenting side" of Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube, and/or WhatsApp as it relates to parenting 2-7 year olds
have experience with marketing and/or publicity
be comfortable with and supportive of developmentally-appropriate sexuality education for young children
