Trade Marketing Manager

If you're passionate about making an impact in a fast-growing company, this opportunity is for you!Responsibilities:Support the development of channel-specific points of sale for small format customersDevelop trade presentations and reporting on trade activation performance for key stakeholdersManage the day-to-day execution of channel strategy for ECOMM and digital shelf assetsLead the development of our client's visibility strategy for all assigned customersManage the national warm and cold equipment deployment strategy and in-store retail media plans for targeted retailersPrepare marketing strategies and support implementing programs for the our client's brandResearch customer preferences and evaluate product performance to develop effective product and brand position and strategiesPartner with sales to ensure that customer targets and product messaging are effectiveActively engage with field sales, distributors, and agencies.Provide leadership in the execution of marketing strategy at the retailer levelDevelop metrics used to conduct an ongoing analysis of the effectiveness and value of marketing programsCollaborate with stakeholders to distribute effective marketing materials that reflect the brand and product identity in the Small Format channelCandidate Profile:Four years of Trade Marketing experience (traditional and digital) in CPG industryBeverage industry experience is a plus - would prefer candidates who come from a large company backgroundExperience leading retailer-specific trade marketing programsWilling to travel up to 20% throughout the year for tradeshows/presentationsBased in the Greater Houston Area or Austin
