Position Summary
The Trade Marketing Manager will lead all aspects of trade marketing and sales enablement, with the goal of ensuring LFGO’s products are positioned for success across retail channels. This role requires a seasoned expert with proven CPG and convenience store (C-store) experience, and someone who thrives in creating and executing trade marketing programs from the ground up.
This person will not only deliver industry-leading materials like sell sheets, pitch decks, and trade show collateral but also lead trade promotional strategies and activations. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, hands-on professional who combines strategic vision with the ability to execute at an exceptional level. They should have the capacity to build best-in-class programs, bring fresh ideas, and elevate LFGO’s presence at key trade shows like NACS.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
- Create world-class sales tools, including sell sheets, pitch decks, customized presentations and collateral to empower the sales team, drive retailer engagement, and sales/category growth.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure materials are data-driven, visually compelling, and aligned with strategic goals.
Trade Marketing Programs
- Develop, implement, and optimize trade marketing programs that drive sales velocity, brand awareness, and retailer satisfaction.
- Own trade promotional spend, ensuring measurable ROI and alignment with marketing and sales objectives.
- Track, reconcile and present trade investment and performance at regional, channel and chain/account level.
- Lead the strategy and execution of in-store activations, endcap displays, and shopper marketing campaigns.
Retail Test Launch
- Spearhead trade marketing efforts for LFGO’s upcoming retail test launch, including partner collaboration, positioning strategies, and field execution.
- Analyze test performance and translate findings into actionable strategies for a national rollout.
Trade Show Leadership
- Own LFGO’s presence at key trade shows, including NACS, from booth concept and design to flawless on-site execution.
- Drive the creation of engaging, cutting-edge trade show materials that reflect LFGO’s brand and innovation.
- Coordinate logistics for trade show participation, including booth staffing, product displays, promotional materials, and giveaways.
- Develop post-show reporting frameworks to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze the effectiveness of trade show participation by tracking lead quality, sales conversions, and brand exposure. Provide reports and insights for future trade show strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, R&D, and external partners to ensure seamless trade marketing execution.
- Provide insights and feedback that enhance the performance of trade marketing programs and foster strong retailer relationships.
Qualifications
Experience :
- 7+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales enablement, or shopper marketing roles, with a strong focus on CPG and convenience store channels.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional trade marketing programs, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
- Extensive experience with trade shows, particularly NACS, including booth design and program execution.
Skills :
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales tools and materials that set a new standard for excellence in the industry.
- Deep understanding of trade promotional spend management and how to measure ROI.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with trade management tools is a strong plus.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Education :
