• You've got 2-4 years under your belt in ecommerce, retail, CPG, beauty, or apparel, with a proven track record in paid media-especially paid social and Meta platforms.• Experience with Meta advertising is a must; familiarity with Google, TikTok, and affiliate marketing is a big plus.• You're strategic, data-driven, and always hungry for growth opportunities.• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Slides-because you know that numbers tell stories.
