We're seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead the charge in establishing a strong social media presence for the bank. You'll be responsible for crafting a strategic vision, developing high-quality content, and running impactful campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Facilitate initiatives to position the Bank and its employees with a positive and visible public corporate image in the community and our marketplace in alignment with the Bank's corporate objectives, and execute internal initiatives to foster positive communications within and among all areas of the Company.

Performs all duties and interacts with internal and external customers in a manner aligned with the Company's Core Values of Voyaging Spirit and Positively Ohana; Customer Experience Competencies of Customer Interaction, Empowerment and Ownership; and Basic Skills of Listening, Oral Communication, Written Communication, Action Orientated, Thoroughness, Problem Solving.

Ability to work flexible hours to include before/after normal business hours, weekends and holidays.

Primary Accountabilities:

Social Media Management:Craft compelling content:

Develop high-quality and original written and visual content that resonates with target audiences across various social media platforms.Coordinate visual content creation:

Plan and oversee photoshoots and video productions specifically tailored for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Drive engagement and growth:

Lead the creation and execution of impactful social media campaigns, both organic and paid, to expand our follower base and increase engagement metrics.Become a community champion:

Foster a thriving online community by actively responding to comments, providing exceptional customer service, and building meaningful connections with our audience.Leverage influencer power:

Identify and partner with relevant social media influencers to amplify brand awareness and reach new audiences.Stay ahead of the curve:

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Ensure brand consistency:

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms.Manage social media budgets:

Develop, allocate, and track budgets for social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and paid social media advertising efforts to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.Compliance

:

Partner with the Compliance Department to ensure all social media marketing materials adhere to regulatory guidelines.Reporting

:

Track campaign performance and generate insightful reports to inform future strategies.Project Management

:

Take ownership of key marketing projects, collaborating with internal and external teams for successful execution.Vendor Management

:

Build strong relationships with external vendors to optimize the bank's overall marketing efforts.Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree Preferably in marketing, journalism/communications, or a related field required (2 years of relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree requirement).

Experience:

5+ years -

Social Media Strategy & Planning:

Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, aligned with overall marketing objectives. Experience conducting audience research, defining goals, and creating content calendars (With social media or other equivalent experience) required.

5+ years -

Campaign Execution & Management:

A strong track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across various platforms. Expertise in content creation, scheduling, and community management required.

5+ years -

Social Media Analytics & Reporting:

Deep understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools. Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and measure campaign effectiveness required.

5+ years -

Social Advertising Expertise:

Strong understanding of social media advertising (paid and organic) best practices. Experience crafting compelling ad copy, managing budgets, and optimizing campaigns for maximum return on investment required.

5+ years -

Communication & Storytelling:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences required.

5+ years -

Creative Content Development:

Creativity and a passion for crafting engaging and informative social media content that resonates with target audiences required.

Experience with social media listening and reputation management tools; Video editing skills; Experience with influencer marketing; Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment all a plus.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

Must be able to perform light physical work and to move or lift items including but not limited to boxes, files and papers up to 20 pounds unless otherwise as indicated.Must be able to operate and proficiently use standard office equipment, including phone, copier, personal computer and/or other work related mechanical or electronic devices and applications.Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers. Must also be able to hear sufficiently to engage in daily discussions and interactions.Must be able to read and understand bank-related documents.Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods of time. Must also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed to perform the job.
