Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Marketer to lead our event marketing and audience management efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a track record of proven marketing tactics to grow audience, communicate to that audience, and translate that communication strategy into captured revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy and Planning:

Work with the Event Leader to develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.

Identify key industry trends and opportunities to enhance event offerings and attendee experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event goals, target audience, and messaging.

Logistics and Operations:

Assist the Events Leader with any and all required tasks to ensure a positive event experience and a profitable event that reached budget.

Marketing and Promotion:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotion plans for each event that drive attendee revenue.

Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and PR, to drive event awareness and attendance.

Analyze marketing metrics and attendee feedback to optimize promotional strategies and increase ROI.

Develop consistent and trustworthy reporting to Event Leader and Leadership Team encompassing revenue pacing, email conversion rates, etc.

Attendee Engagement and Experience:

Design and implement strategies to enhance attendee engagement, networking opportunities, and overall event experience.

Solicit feedback from attendees and stakeholders to continuously improve event offerings and satisfaction levels.

Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism to uphold the company's reputation for delivering exceptional events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in event marketing, management, and execution, preferably in a B2B or financial services environment.

Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

Proven track record of successfully conceptualizing, planning, and executing large-scale events, conferences, or tradeshows.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Flexibility to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed for event execution.
