The Stellantis Performance Institute is responsible for the training and performance improvement of the employee's at 2,600 dealers in the US. Training covers key dealership positions in Sales, After Sales and Service. The Experiential Training and Marketing/Communications Manager supports Experiential events, Mopar Career Automotive Program, Degrees@Work program, and other departmental programs by managing their overall event, communications, and marketing needs.

For this strategically critical role, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Experiential Training Overview:

Experiential events play a significant role in our brands' ability to actively engage dealership professionals and bring brand awareness to consumers. The knowledge and understanding of new products gained from memorable and meaningful interactions during experiential ride and drive or training events can positively influence in-dealership sales scenarios with customers. Energizing dealership professionals via experiential events to maintain current customers and conquest new buyers is paramount in increasing sales loyalty. Through the planning and execution of experiential events, the Experiential Training Manager will work cross-functionally and with vendor partners to launch new products and programs in the experiential training space nationally.

Experiential Training Primary Responsibilities:

Hold primary responsibility for the execution of all Performance Institute driven dealer, and internal facing events and activations. In partnership with internal stakeholders and vendor partners, the individual will be empowered to produce and execute dealership and consumer activation initiatives.

Included but not limited to:

Multi-city all-new vehicle launch training toursIn-dealership all-new vehicle launch training classLead point of contact for multiple agency partners in the execution of different projects that may overlap, confidentially handling all pre-production information with care within corporate security guidelinesLead point of contact for internal cross-functional partners including brand teams, purchasing and financeWork with Business Centers to ensure regional events are executed within overall marketing strategies and appropriately timed to off-peak sales timesCreate and distribute weekly reporting of registration and attendance to internal partiesMaintain tracking of experiential fleet as it pertains to Company Car quotaWork to incorporate Performance Institute resources and tools when appropriateWork under and meet previously established budgetary parameters for each program. Significant experience in budget management; ability to do more with less, maximizing all resources, and leveraging departmental synergies. Adhering to Purchasing triple-bid process for maximum vendor exposure and equal opportunityClearly track and archive pre-established KPIs for each executionDevelop activation after-show reports, providing feedback for the executionDrive for discontinuity by ideating new ways to evolve in the training and consumer event spaceBuilding a vendor partner bench, staying current on latest trends in events; locales, fabrication, displays, VR, AIMarketing and Communications Overview:

The Mopar Career Automotive Program was established in 1984 with strategic partnerships with secondary educational schools. The program utilizes Stellantis technical curriculum integrated into a school's general curriculum in order to train and recruit future Stellantis technicians. The Degrees@Work program is another strategic partnership Stellantis has with Strayer University. The Degrees@Work program provides a no-cost, no-debt, college education to participating Stellantis dealership employees and their family members. The Educational Alliances Marketing and Communications Manager supports these programs and other departmental programs by managing their overall communications, marketing and event needs.

Marketing and Communications Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide expertise in marketing initiative creation, execution and management, including benchmarking activities and KPI development / trackingProject management of events including on-site support (ie. Assemble Your Future, SkillsUSA, Career Fairs, Stellantis Days at Mopar CAP schools, NADA Convention, Dealer Announcement show, S&P Conferences)Social media campaign implementation, community management and daily monitoringDevelop, launch, and manage a Degrees@Work marketing growth strategy and communication campaignManagement of the Mopar CAP website including Lead distribution for follow up, updates, vendor collaborationMarketing material inventory and tracking managementCreate Quarterly Mopar CAP NewsletterLogistical support for in-person training / meetingsPresentation of program elements to Mopar CAP leadership, schools and business partnersMarketing liaison to FCA's internal teams such as Mopar, PR, Purchasing, Legal, etc. on behalf of the programsProgram Marketing contact to the Aftersales Field / Business Centers, Mopar CAP and D@W field teamsLiaison to Brands and Experiential Marketing group for program development and promotionAd-hoc special projects for Stellantis Performance InstituteBasic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree3+ years of experiential dealer product training experience5 years of project/program management experience (detail oriented)3+ years' experience in marketing, media, advertising, or event managementAdvanced written and presentation skillsExperience in vendor collaboration / managementSocial Media management and implementation experienceMust be willing to travel up to 40% of time (Overnight and weekends required)Data Analytics and performance measurement experienceExcellent relationship building skillsSelf-starter, innovative and team-orientedMust be proficient in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePointPreferred Requirements:

Master's DegreeExperience with PentaSAPBudget management experienceWorking knowledge of IT, Finance, Legal and Purchasing activities
