Job Summary

This role is responsible for crafting and executing creative strategies & content that drive impactful brand-focused storytelling through HP's social media channels. You will focus on developing compelling narratives that align with business objectives, fostering innovation and creativity. Additionally, the role involves leading the development and execution of marcom strategies, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. You will also oversee key marketing projects and media campaigns, leveraging your expertise to create outstanding content. Furthermore, the role plays a critical advisory role to executive management, business units, and organizations within HP, providing insights and guidance on social creative development and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and execution of creative social story-telling that align with overall business objectives.

• Collaborates with an integrated team of high-level individual contributors and managers to achieve project goals.

• Serves as an expert in marketing & social media communication, continuously developing new solutions and motivating team members to deliver projects and campaigns.

• Directs partnerships with management, business units, sales, outside agencies, or other stakeholders to develop a unified social content strategy.

• Manages a range of critical social media projects and leads the translation of broad strategic direction into long-term plans.

• Plans and executes campaigns across various social media channels and manages social media placement decisions.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in public relations or communications strategy, or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $126,250 -- $215,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
