Job Description:What You'll Do:

As a Marketing Communications Specialist I, you will support the development and execution of marketing communication strategies to promote products, services, and brand awareness.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, manage marketing campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across various channels.

Functions:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing communication strategies to achieve marketing objectives and targets.Create compelling marketing content, including written copy, graphics, and multimedia assets, for various channels such as websites, social media, email, and print.Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.Assist in managing marketing campaigns, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on campaign performance metrics.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and creative services, to align marketing communication efforts with business goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related role.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of work.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and metrics.Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.Understanding of branding principles and brand management strategies.
