You'll be at the forefront of crafting captivating content that enthralls international audiences and brings visitors to our doorstep.If you have a flair for storytelling, a passion for community, and a desire to thrive within a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!In coordination with the VP of Digital Marketing and Communication the Content Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and implementing Discover Green Bay's owned content strategy. They are responsible for creating digital content consistent with the organizational brand and marketing plan. Required to proactively maintain a strong working knowledge of all marketing trends, tools, and technologies to grow audience engagement on digital platforms while influencing increased visitation to the region.RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Assist in developing and implementing an annual digital marketing plan and content calendar designed to increase digital engagement, website traffic and visitation.Create and execute social media plan through ongoing content development and measuring audience engagement.Respond to messages, comments, and replies across social media platforms to engage audience and provide destination expertise.Maintain and monitor Discover Green Bay's social media brand, voice and perception.Conduct competitive social media and content research, report content performance, and research emerging platforms to enhance online presence.Produce content for all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, website, destination blog and video/podcasting in accordance to support the overall marketing strategy.Creative execution for email marketing efforts, including, content idea generation, writing content, and designing accompanying assets. Coordinate with Digital Marketing Specialist for email campaign launch.Responsible for blog content calendar and working with freelancers on blog creative efforts. Provide Digital Marketing Specialist with necessary creative to launch blogs on .Manage content creator plan and budget. Create itineraries and work with content creators to ensure resulting content is positive for the Green Bay region.Report on content creator metrics and evaluate effectiveness of content creator trips.Co-host, edit and distribute podcast across channels to grow audience.Advise Digital Marketing Specialist on boosted content and paid content promotion.Develop and execute long and short form video content strategy across platforms including YouTube/YouTube Shorts, Instagram/Facebook Reels, and TikTok.Capture photos and video for events, promotions, advertising and marketing.Collaborate with partners and local businesses on content to promote the unique experiences in the Green Bay region.Assist in graphic design efforts for the organization including graphic design for marketing campaign, brochures, signage, visitor center promotions, etc.Maintain knowledge of current innovations in the field by attending industry educational opportunities as well as maintaining knowledge of the destination, top visitor markets, and our regional competitors.Demonstrates the Company's Values and Culture.Performs other related Discover Green Bay activities as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in social media, marketing, communications or business with an emphasis in marketing required.Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a marketing/digital marketing and social media management role required.Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Ad platforms, video editing software, data analytics and organic and paid social media management tools and software.Experience working with marketing automation systems, content management systems, and customer relationship management systems.Strong understanding of digital marketing functions, search engine optimization best practices and email marketing processes.Knowledge of the latest web technologies and digital trends.Effective project and time management skills.Basic Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals photography and video composition as well as basic coding skills.Effective understanding/use of latest technologies and online forums to advance brand.Desire to continually learn about and implement new ideas and industry best practice.Passionate about the travel and tourism industry and brings that enthusiasm and positive attitude to work every day.High-performing, innovative individual who operations with exceptional collaboration.Required to follow all safety standards including but not limited to all federal, state, and organizational rules and regulations.
