JOB SUMMARY:
This position is under the direct supervision of the General Manager and is located at The Stables Casino. The Marketing Manager and Players Club Manager is responsible for coordinating, implementing, creating, and managing marketing, advertising, player development, and entertainments programs and events.
MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS:
Solid knowledge of direct marketing principles, concepts, strategies and best practices. Demonstrated ability to independently manage/coordinate production of projects accurately, economically and on-timeSchedule all type of advertising to reach desired demographics thru direct mail, newspaper, radio, television, billboard, websites, etc.Provide direction to graphic artists on promotional marketing materialsProvide internal signage to promote all outlets and promotions within The StablesProvide feedback to General Manager regarding service levels, profitability and opportunitiesOversee the development of offers, promotions and special eventsAnalyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectivenessActs as a resource to casino guest and employees by maintaining a working knowledge of the facility and special eventsOversees and promotes the Player's Club departmentRecruit new high-level players through a variety of direct sales activities such as direct mail, telemarketing, referrals, guest visitation and off-site functionsDevelops and sustains relationships with all Patrons, particularly with high-end playersParticipate as a team member with fellow employees in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of customer serviceAdhere to the strict confidentiality of all informationOTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
Performs all duties in accordance with casino System of Internal Controls (SICs)Maintains customer database and approves the use of internal and external mailing listsProvides post-event reports, analysis and regular status reports on marketing programsPerforms other duties, including special projects, as needed and directedThis position includes but is not limited to the job functions listed above.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years of ageMust have a High School Diploma or GEDMust possess a valid driver's licenseMust have one (1) to two (2) years related experience or trainingMust be able to obtain and maintain a Modoc Nation Gaming LicenseMay be subject to criminal background investigationProficient data entry skills requiredMust possess in high integrity regarding confidential and sensitive informationMust possess excellent communication skills, both written and oralMust have the ability to work in fast paced environment, multitask and meet deadlinesREGULATORY COMPLIANCE:
Maintains excellent working relationships with other Company staff and all applicable regulatory commissions and other agencies as may be applicable to ensure compliance.Performs all duties in accordance with the gaming operations core values, objectives of the Modoc Nation, system of internal control policies and procedures, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations, including but not limited to, the state-tribal compact, IGRA, MICS, the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control, USA Patriot Act and Privacy Act.
