So, if you want to be challenged in an exciting and fast-paced environment, this is the place for you!Job Summary:As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the marketing team in implanting productive marketing strategies and plans.Duties and Responsibilities:Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphereEnthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relationsAdhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goalsPerform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion ProgramSubmit and proof creative requests to Studio for all advertising media including but not limited to: direct mail, digital media, printed collateral, and outdoor signageEnsure all property media are accurate, current, and error-freeAssist with planning and executing special events from slot tournaments, dinners, gift giveaways, and promotional drawingsLoad all casino offers on the promotional kiosk and set said kiosks for drawings and giveawaysGather data and report post-event results accurately and timely to allow decision-making regarding future marketing initiativesAssist with social media content strategy, implementation, and monitoring dutiesWrite rules and regulations for promotions and special eventsSupport and cultivate new ideas and methods to deliver business solutionsPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming BoardMust have a high school diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree is strongly preferredA minimum of six months of related experience and trainingMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easilyMust be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays

Physical Demands:Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and standFrequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reachOccasionally required to sit or stoopOccasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds

Work Environment:The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
