We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team for Old Town. The Marketing and Event Coordinator will play a key role in assisting our Sr. Marketing Manager with day-to-day projects, events, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and manage marketing events and promotional activities.Coordinate event staff schedules.Collaborate with internal teams to create event collateral, including promotional materials, signage, and presentationsMaintain agreements with bands and events for the property.Handle event logistics.Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success of events and identify areas for improvementAssist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media contentSupport digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media management, and website updatesMaintain databases and manage attendee lists for eventsRequirements

One to three years of experience as an Event Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Public Relations Coordinator, or a similar role.Ability to identify challenges and resolve issues that arise during marketing initiatives and events.Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience in event planning and execution, including logistics, budget management, and vendor coordinationAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Description
