The Director of Digital Media of Southwind is responsible for overseeing the digital media strategy, planning, and execution across all digital channels for Southwind and its brands. This role will drive the company's online presence, ensuring that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the business goals and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and strategic thinking.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.Align digital media initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to optimize digital strategy.Digital Campaign Management:Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.Content Strategy:Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand voice and messaging.Technology and Tools:Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies and tools.Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Analytics and Reporting:Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and Creative to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed.Qualifications:Experience:
