Album Art Graphic Designer

Perception Records, a record label based in Denver, CO, is seeking a creative and skilled Album Art Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work with a diverse roster of artists and contribute to the visual identity of our music releases.Responsibilities:Design visually compelling album covers and artwork for a wide range of musical genres.Collaborate closely with artists and the marketing team to understand their vision and translate it into high-quality graphics.Develop and present multiple design concepts for each project, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize artwork.Create additional promotional materials, including posters, social media graphics, and merchandise designs.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent with the visual identity of Perception Records and our artists.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools to drive innovation and creativity.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.Requirements:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of album art and other graphic design projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with artists and team members.Ability to work independently and remotely, while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.Passion for music and a strong understanding of different musical genres and their visual aesthetics.To Apply:
