A little about the role...
Join our dynamic marketing team as a graphic designer and help us elevate our brand! Under the guidance of our senior manager of creative services, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives through engaging digital, print, and video deliverables.
What You Will Do...Collaborate with marketing, internal departments and external resources to develop and execute creative designs for various projectsCreate compelling visual content for digital, print, and video requestsEnsure all designs align with our brand guidelines and marketing strategiesUpdate and maintain an organized asset management system for photography and graphic design filesStay up to date with design and digital media trends, photography and print production techniquesEnsure all projects are completed within predetermined service level agreementsRequirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
Proven creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects including strong illustration, animation and video production skillsGoal-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to meet tight deadlinesPositive attitude and excellent teamwork skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departmentsDemonstrate strong judgment in both identifying issues proactively and solving problems efficiently, while proposing effective solutionsEagerness to learn and grow creative design skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced technical environmentMaintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production processComfortable following directions, receiving feedback and asking questionsBachelor's degree in graphic design or related fieldExpert knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Microsoft PowerPoint, Animation and Camtasia. Knowledge of Figma a plus, but not requiredStrong design skills and ability to follow branding guidelinesUnderstanding of design principles in both print and digital formatsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust possess compelling design and typography skills as well as the ability to clearly communicate through visual messagingBenefits

$60,000-$75,000/year DOE
Location
We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. While our preference is a candidate located in Denver, CO, this role is open to remote candidates in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.
