Looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join the Global Experience Design (EXD) team in the Digital Technology Experience (DTX) department, building the best-in-class customer experiences globally for all company brands. The successful candidate will collaborate with other UX researchers, strategists, designers, product managers, data scientists, and engineers to design omni-channel experiences for various brands under the company's umbrella. This includes conducting foundational research on experiences such as AR Virtual Try on, Live Chat, E2E shopping journey, Personalization for beauty shopping, and many more to inform opportunities and priorities for brand and product strategy.Responsibilities Include:Plan and conduct qualitative research studies, including usability testing, field studies, and interviews.Analyze research findings and synthesize insights that inform product design and development.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand research needs and develop research plans that meet those needs.Collaborate with other researchers to ensure research is aligned with overall research strategy.Communicate research findings and insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Build strong relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside their core product team.Education/Experience:Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience with generative and evaluative research.Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating on JIRA, Confluence, Abstract, and Figma.Prefer experience with both mobile and desktop research.Prefer Bachelor's or Master's, PhD degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.Previous experience with e-commerce and social platforms in the beauty or luxury industry is preferred.Strong qualitative research skills, including experience with usability testing, field studies, and interviews.Ability to analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers.Strong ability to work independently, be proactive and manage one's time.Experience with autonomy and decision-making to balance demands.Ability to thrive in ambiguity and tight timelines.Track record of researching and shipping successful platform experiences for consumer users or ability to work within a highly complex and collaborative environment.
