Position Summary*

The Coordinator, Direct & Email Marketing is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the company’s direct and email marketing programs that directly impact how we deliver our superior guest experience. This is a highly collaborative role that interfaces with many internal departments and external partners. The ideal candidate for this role must be detail-oriented, organized, creative, have excellent written and analytical skills, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities*

Responsible for deployment of email campaigns from start to finish

o Work directly with internal/external partners to coordinate campaign development

o Execute marketing strategies through written creative briefs and business requirement documents

o Ensure accuracy (spelling, grammar, price points, brand standards, testing and segmentation) is properly implemented within email campaigns

o Track and generate performance reports for email campaigns

Works closely with other departments to understand and develop necessary data infrastructures for complex audience targeting

Involved in strategy meetings for overall email campaigns

Serve as email marketing business partner and channel matter expert

Support other department programs as directed

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements*

High school diploma or equivalent education

Experience in email marketing with mid to large company or email agency

Content development or editing experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Basic understanding of data marketing best practices

Understanding of email marketing systems and technologies

Able to manage and execute from a list of varying assigned tasks

/ Please note that the provided salary information serves as a general guideline. Our salary is determined by a candidate's experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations. The expected pay range is $49,300-62,000/

Preferred Qualifications*

Experience managing multi-variate testing campaigns, reporting, and analysis to optimize email performance

Experience with real-time send optimization technology platforms

Experience with email HTML coding, data payload based email deployments, and database integrations
