What you'll do:

You will be in a client facing position and is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered, and visually appealing user experiences for SharePoint-based solutions.You will get to analyse and create clear and effective information architecture for SharePoint sites, ensuring seamless navigation and content organization.Document and Analyse research data and usage analytics to derive meaningful insights that inform UX design decisions and contribute to data-driven design solutions.Demonstrate your ability in plan and leading UX workshops with stakeholders, end-users, and project teams to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, and align on design objectives.Independently develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to illustrate the user flow and visual design of SharePoint solutions.Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.Proven experience as a UX Designer, with specific experience designing for SharePoint.Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.Experience conducting workshops, user interviews, and usability testing sessions.Knowledge of SharePoint features, capabilities, and customization options.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.Nice to have:

Experience with other Microsoft 365 tools and integrations (e.g., Teams, Power Platform).Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.Certification in UX design or related fields is a plus (e.g., UX certification, SharePoint certifications).
