Job Summary

Key member of the marketing communications team working in conjunction with internal teams and agency partners to plan, develop and execute marketing automation, sales enablement, and social media programs. The Integrated Marketing Manager works to effectively create content and develop and execute omni-channel campaigns and digital experiences that inspire and educate our target audiences, and track campaign metrics. In addition, this person also plays a key role in the development of sales tools to promote our brands and enhance relationships with our customers.

The successful candidate should be a creative, customer focused, self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills who values cross-functional team collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

Major Job Responsibilities (not all inclusive)

Build email campaigns, create landing pages, and update/modify website pages working with marketing communications team and subject matter experts.Produce content (email marketing messages, case studies, blog posts, project profiles, presentation content, website copy, etc.) to support content marketing and sales enablement programs.Lead the execution of marketing automation programs, tracking assets and monitoring live campaigns to ensure all elements run flawlessly and smoothly.Collaborate with marketing team to understand business/solution goals and develop editorial calendars and content project plans to deliver upon those goals. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.Manage overall user support, data integrity, system administration and process maintenance of HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub tools working with agency partners.Responsible for data acquisition, database management and maintenance within HubSpot platform.Create workflows within HubSpot for all brands and audiences and monitor the performance of each strategy to ensure it is working properly.Develop social media content and post consistently across select channels to drive traffic to National Gypsum website platform and increase engagement.Analyze key campaign metrics to track success and make recommendations to optimize campaign performance. Understand and implement segmentation and channel usage to achieve KPIs and engagement metrics.Collaborate with sales and marketing team and product managers to develop industry and audience-based messaging and deliver the brand experience across all digital channels.Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone; write clean, concise, well-polished copy. Edit copy and review content for messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice.Continuously explore higher-performing content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels.Measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and social media analytics toolsKeep up with current industry trends and topics to ensure effective communication.Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with major in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communications.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of digital marketing and/or content marketing experience, including omni-channel marketing experience.Must have a minimum of intermediate skills utilizing the HubSpot CRM platform.Craft CMS and Acquia DAM experience preferred but not mandatory.Outstanding editorial skills. Demonstrated skill in message development and channel execution.Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to plan, manage and successfully deliver large projects.Ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet aggressive deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Initiative – seeks to proactively help and goes above and beyond.Work effectively in a cross-functional team environment while achieving deadlines and goals.Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/OneNote. Adobe Suite experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Hybrid work schedule eligible.Must be willing and able to travel approximately 10%.BENEFITS INCLUDE:
