Principal Experience Designer/User Experience DesignerDuration:

Job Description:Business Initiative/Purpose: (Goal, Business Impact, Accomplishments from the work)
Enhance the user experience and information architecture of Client's Open Banking related digital products in support of new regulatory requirements.
Role Responsibilities: (What they will be doing)
Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry leading experiences for our clients, teammates and the business.Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for client needs.Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions.Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals.Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships.Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.
Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)
Preferred.
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience).2+ years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education).Excellent ability to communicate ideas and rationales to influence decision-making.Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards.Excellent time and issue management skills.Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas.Strong ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback.Proficiency in applicable software applications.English language fluency.
Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)
Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and technical teams.Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile.Comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity.A strong passion for improving people's lives through design.
