This position is based in our Seattle, Washington office and an on-site presence of at least two days per week is anticipated.

You will

Collaborate under the direction of senior designers, contributing to the success and profitability of each healthcare project.Assist in developing creative design concepts and preparing presentation/design drawings.Complete Project Manuals and Specifications, research and select colors, finishes, and materials specific to healthcare settings.Apply established interior design standards to projects.Collaborate with consultants, contractors, specification writers, and regulatory agencies.Assist in visual aid creation for business development activities and strategies.Engage in learning sessions, interdisciplinary meetings, and charrettes for continuous improvement and mentorship.What you bring to be successful.

Degree from a CIDA (Council for Interior Design Accreditation) accredited program in Interior Design is recommendedNCIDQ certification preferredProfessional Experience: 5+ years in a professional office environment, with 1-2 years specifically in healthcare design.Technical Savvy: Capable of using Revit, BlueBeam, Conceptboard, INDD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and Enscape.Design Documentation: Understand the language and process of design documentation, including interior design specifications, industry standards, building codes, and accessibility.Client Interaction: Ability to participate and contribute to client presentations, managing expectations and communications effectively.Experience in preparing layouts and test fits.What we offer:
